Chen
Developer Comments: We know how much passion our players have for Chen and spent months upgrading his Talent Tree to our newest philosophies. To give you an idea of what we were looking to improve, here were a couple of our goals with this update: Chen should be able to be a solo-tank for your team and not be afraid to constantly soak enemy skill-shots. Chen should be a constant threat to the enemy's backline damage dealers. Chen should deal low amounts of burst damage while continually applying sustained damage at pointed targets. Chen should be extremely resilient in the absence of enemy stuns. As always, we are listening to your feedback and appreciate everyone taking the time to send it to us. Enjoy the new Talent Tree, and as Chen has said many times before- "It is important to master the Brew and not let it master you!"

Elusive Brawler (Active)
CD: 20sActivate to evade enemy Basic Attacks for 2 seconds. Your Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 3 seconds. -
Freshest Ingredients (Trait)
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Health Regeneration by 1 per second, up to 30. Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, 50% of the Shield from Fortifying Brew persists indefinitely after drinking. -
Grounding Brew (Trait) Updated
Fortifying Brew reduces all incoming Ability Damage by 30% 25% while drinking. -
Consuming Flame (E)
Breath of Fire's burn effect when used on Brew-soaked targets is increased by 2 seconds. -
Regeneration Master (Passive)

Elemental Conduit (R) Updated
Increases the spirits' Health to 100% of your maximum Health and empowers their abilities. Storm can grant your spirits Unstoppable. Earth's leap cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. Fire grants Attack Speed as long as it is alive.Using an Ability will cause one of the elemental spirits to fight with you for 4 seconds. Only one spirit can be active at a time. -
Purifying Brew (Trait)
The next Stun or Silence used against you has its duration reduced by 75% and resets the cooldown of Fortifying Brew. Can only trigger once every 10 seconds. -
Stormstout Secret Recipe (Passive)
Heal for 1.5% of your maximum Health every time your Basic Abilities hit an enemy Hero. -
Untapped Potential (R) Updated
Wandering Keg increases Movement Speed by 25% and reduces damage taken by 50%.Increases duration by 2 seconds. Additionally, gain an extra 5% Movement Speed whenever an enemy is hit, up to 100%. -
Bolt of the Storm (Active)

E.T.C.
Developer Comments: We like E.T.C.'s core gameplay, but wanted to improve his talent diversity. Many E.T.C. players end up picking the same talents in most games, especially at Levels 1 and 4, due to the importance of buffing Powerslide. We've streamlined that power, and have given him more options to play up the bard aspect of his kit, which should make him more of a team player.

Rockstar also grants allies a stack of Block, reducing the damage they take from the next Basic Attack by 50% for 8 seconds. Stacks up to 2 times. -
Guitar Hero (E) Moved from level 7
While Guitar Solo is active, you heal for 30% 50% of the damage dealt by Basic Attacks. Also increases the Attack Speed bonus of Rockstar by 5%. -
Prog Rock (E) Updated
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe permanently increases the healing per second of Guitar Solo by 5 3, to a maximum of 100. Reward: After reaching 100 increased healing, Guitar Solo also heals nearby allied Heroes for 53 (+4% per level) Health every second while it is active. -
Block (Passive)
Every 5 seconds, reduce the damage taken from the next Hero Basic Attack by 75%. Stores up to 2 charges. -
Pwn Shop Guitar (E)

Nazeebo
Developer Comments: Nazeebo is one of the oldest Heroes in the game, and his Talent tree was in dire need of an upgrade. The goal of the revamp was to increase the reward of mastering the Hero's Abilities, maintain his identity as a zone control and damage over time character, embrace the fun mini-game that was Death Ritual, and provide interesting synergies between Abilities and Talents. We wanted to be sure to reinforce the designed weaknesses of the Hero that are lack of burst and lack of mobility, while still making him viable in the current metagame of Heroes of the Storm. Overall, a lot of his old Talents had to be revamped or replaced, but we find that he still feels a lot like the old Nazeebo, just more interesting!

(W) Zombie Wall Updated
Mana: 70 CD: 14sAfter 1 second, create a ring of Zombies surrounding the target area that deal 28 26 (+4% per level) damage and last for 3 seconds.Zombie Health increased from 183 to 225. -
(E) Plague of Toads Updated
Mana: 30 55 CD: 8s 10sCreate a wave of 3 Toads that explode on contact, dealing 126 (+4% per level) damage over 6 seconds. (Trait) Voodoo Ritual Updated
Your Basic Attacks and Abilities poison Non-Heroic enemies, causing them to take 66 (+4% per level) additional damage over 6 seconds. If a Minion dies while poisoned by Voodoo Ritual, you permanently gain 4 Health and 1 Mana.Ability and attack damage poisons enemies for 44 (+4% per level) additional damage over 4 seconds. If a poisoned enemy dies, Nazeebo regenerates 2% Health and 1% Mana.
