Kharazim
Developer Comments: Kharazim's Talents have been updated to create more compelling choices at every tier. To do this, we've made sure that Iron Fists / Bruiser style Kharazim is viable by increasing its damage uptime, removed a lot of the generic Talents and replaced them with Kharazim specific options like Mystic Allies, and re-arranged a lot of the tree so that you don't have to sacrifice as much healing to pick mobility, utility or damage.

Insight (Trait)
Quest: Every 3rd Basic Attack restores 14 (+4% per level) Mana and grants a stack of Insight. Reward: Once you have 100 stacks of Insight, every 3rd attack also reduces the cooldown of all your Basic Abilities by 1 second. -
Iron Fists (Trait) Updated
Every 3rd Basic Attack deals 125% bonus damage and gives 30% increased Move Speed for 2 seconds. -
Transcendence (Trait)
Every 3rd Basic Attack heals the lowest nearby allied Hero for 73 (+4% per level).

Earth Ally (Active)

Radiant Dash reveals the area around the target for 3 seconds. Only one area can be revealed at a time. -
Healing Ward (Active)
CD: 60sActivate to place a ward on the ground that heals allies in an area for 2% of their maximum Health every second for 10 seconds. -
Overtake (E)
Basic Attacks while Deadly Reach is active increase your Movement Speed by 30% for 2 seconds. -
Protective Shield (Active)

Sixth Sense (Passive)
When you are stunned or rooted, you Block all Basic Attacks, reducing their damage by 75% for 4 seconds. -
Spell Shield (Active)
Upon taking Ability Damage, reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 50% for 3 seconds. This can only trigger once every 30 seconds. Can be toggled to allow or prevent this talent from triggering.

Zeratul
Developer Comments: There were two main goals behind this rework: Upgrade Zeratul's talent tree and introduce some interesting new choices, and better sell the fantasy of being a Dark Templar. As always is the goal with our Hero reworks, we didn't want to change the way he is played, but rather amplify and improve upon it. Overall, he has felt the same to play against in our internal testing, but with a couple new tricks up his sleeve. We hope that our current Zeratul fans will find some new toys to play around with, and that new users will feel more like the mobile shadow-assassin you'd expect from a Dark Templar Hero.

Mana: 100 CD: 100sSlows time in an area to a near standstill, making allies and enemies invulnerable and unable to act for 5 seconds. You are not affected. -
(Trait) Permanent Cloak
Gain Stealth when out of combat for 3 seconds. Taking damage, attacking, using Abilities, or channeling reveals you.

Shadow Hunter (E)
Quest: Gather Regeneration Globes to lower the Mana cost of Blink by 2. Reward: Upon gathering 20 Regeneration Globes, Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Blink by 0.75 seconds. -
Vorpal Blade (Active) Moved from level 4
CD: 15sActivate to teleport to the last non-structure target you attacked within 3 seconds. -
Block (Passive)
Every 5 seconds, reduce the damage taken from the next Hero Basic Attack by 75%. Stores up to 2 charges. -
Rapid Displacement (E)
Reduces the cooldown of Blink by 1.5 seconds. -
Regeneration Master (Passive)
Quest: Gathering a Regeneration Globe increases your Health Regeneration by 1 per second, up to 30. Reward: After gathering 30 Regeneration Globes, you also gain 500 Health. -
Seasoned Marksman (Active)
Quest: Every Minion killed near you grants 0.2 Attack Damage, and Takedowns grant 0.5 Attack Damage, to a max of 40 damage. Reward: Upon gaining 40 bonus Attack Damage, you can also activate Seasoned Marksman to increase your Attack Speed by 30% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

After using an Ability, Zeratul's next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% additional damage. -
Grim Task (Passive)
Quest: Hero Takedowns increase Ability Power by 4% up to 40%. This bonus Ability Power is lost on death. -
Rending Cleave (Q) Moved from level 16
Cleave deals an additional 40% damage over 3 seconds 50% damage over 5 seconds. -
Gathering Power (Passive)
Quest: Hero Takedowns increase Ability Power by 2%, up to 30%. This bonus Ability Power is lost on death. -
Sustained Anomaly (W)
The Singularity Spike explodes for area damage and slows, regardless if it hits a target or not. -

Seeker in the Dark (W)
Singularity Spike takes 50% longer to explode. It can be reactivated to Blink to the target, granting 30% increased Movement Speed for 3 seconds. -
Slip into Shadow (E)
Blink gains an additional charge, but its cooldown is increased by 8 seconds. -
Wormhole (E) Moved from level 13
For 2 seconds, you can activate Blink again to return to the point where it was cast from. -
First Aid (Active)
CD: 60sActivate to heal 35% of your max Health over 6 seconds. -
Follow Through (Passive)
After using an Ability, your next Basic Attack within 6 seconds deals 40% additional damage. -
Searing Attacks (Active)

Zeratul gains a shield equal to 15% of his Maximum Health over 5 seconds while under Permanent Cloak. -
Spell Shield (Active)
Upon taking Ability Damage, reduce that damage and further Ability Damage by 50% for 3 seconds. This can only trigger once every 30 seconds. Can be toggled to allow or prevent this talent from triggering. -
Assassin's Blade (Passive)
Gain 25% Basic Attack damage for 5 seconds when breaking Permanent Cloak. 10% increased Movement Speed while Stealthed from Permanent Cloak. -
Burning Rage (Passive)
Deal 23 (+4% per level) damage per second to nearby enemies. -
Giant Killer (Passive)
