Uther
Developer Comment: With Uther's rework, we want to play up his ability to be a disruptive frontline presence, keep his role as an anti-burst Healer, but maintain the weakness of not having great sustained healing. By making Holy Light always heal Uther, he doesn't mind as much when he takes damage from being up there. Having his abilities apply Armor is a great way to make him an effective support against teams with predictable damage, while having lower healing per second compared to the other supports. Ideally, you'll pick Uther when your team could use a stronger frontline, when your opponents are very reliant on disabling effects, or when the enemy team has predictable incoming damage.

Silver Touch (Q)
Quest: Reduce damage from Heroic sources with Devotion. Reward: After reducing damage 40 times, Holy Light's Mana cost is reduced from 90 to 70. Reward: After reducing damage 80 times, Holy Light's Mana cost is reduced to 50, and its range is increased by 50%. -
Wave of Light (W) Updated
Quest: Damage or heal Heroes 60 times with Holy Radiance. Reward: Increase the duration of Devotion by 1 second. Passive: Damaging or healing Heroes with Holy Radiance refunds 10 Mana and reduces its cooldown by 1 second.Each Hero healed by Holy Radiance returns 8 Mana and reduces the cooldown by 1 second, up to a maximum of 40 Mana and 5 seconds. -
Conjurer's Pursuit (Passive)
Quest: Gathering Regeneration Globes increases your Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2.5 per second. Reward: After gathering 25 Globes, also increase your maximum Mana by 100. -
Fist of Justice (E)
Basic Attacks reduce cooldown of Hammer of Justice by 1 second.

Holy Shock (Q) Moved from level 13
Holy Light can be used on an enemy to do 50% of its healing amount as damage. When used this way, Uther receives its self-healing benefits, its cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds, and it refunds 45 Mana. your next Holy Light heals for 50% more -

Hammer of Justice increases Uther's Movement Speed by 20% for 3 seconds. -
Boundless Conviction (W)
Increases the width and length of Holy Radiance by 40%. -

Healing a Hero that is Stunned, Rooted, or Silenced increases the Armor bonus they receive from Devotion from 25 to 75. -
Hand of Protection (Active)
CD: 90sActivate to make target ally Unstoppable for 1 second. Cannot be cast on Uther. Basic Attacks reduce Hand of Protection's cooldown by 5 seconds. -
Burden of Guilt (E)
After Hammer of Justice's stun fades, the enemy's Movement Speed is slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. -
Cleanse (Active)
