Alarak
Developer Comment: Your Highlord has returned! Alarak has received a large update that he has deemed "acceptable", targeted at making him more rewarding for players who take the time to master him. Baseline changes include reworking his Sadism to be increased upon getting Takedowns and putting bonus damage into his Lightning Surge baseline for hitting enemies in its center beam. We're also experimenting with some new talent ideas with Extended Lightning and Chaos Reigns, where players can gain huge benefits for the rarely accomplished feat of hitting 3 enemy Heroes with a single ability.

(Q) Discord Strike Updated
Mana: 45 55 CD: 8sAfter a 0.5 second delay, enemies in front of Alarak take 175 (+4% per level) damage and are silenced for 1.5 seconds. -
(W) Telekinesis
Mana: 30 CD: 12sVector Targeting. Create a force, pushing Alarak and all enemies hit from the targeted point towards the targeted direction. Deals 48 (+4% per level) damage to enemies. -
(E) Lightning Surge Updated
Mana: 25 30 CD: 6sDeal 62 100 (+4% per level) damage to an enemy and an additional 100% damage to enemies between Alarak and the target. Restore 70 (+4% per level) health for each Hero hit. 75% of the damage dealt to enemy Heroes is returned as health. -
(R) Counter-Strike
Mana: 50 CD: 30sAlarak targets an area and channels for 1 second, becoming Protected and Unstoppable. After, if he took damage from an enemy Hero, he sends a shockwave that deals 275 (+4% per level) damage. -

Quest: Hit Heroes with Discord Strike. Reward: After hitting 15 Heroes, increase Discord Strike's damage by 60. Reward: After hitting 2 Heroes with a single Discord Strike, increase its damage by 60. Reward: After hitting 3 Heroes with a single Discord Strike, increase its damage by 60 and instantly gain all other Rewards.Quest: Each time Discord Strike hits a Hero its damage increases by 3, up to 45. Negatively Charged (E) Moved from level 16
Increase the Lightning Surge damage bonus to enemies between Alarak and his victim to 200% 100%. Repeatable Quest: Each Hero hit by the center of Lightning Surge permanently increases the damage bonus by 5%. does not generate any additional healing -
Show of Force (Passive)
Heroes hit with 3 of Alarak's Abilities within 2 seconds take an additional 70 (+4% per level) damage. -
Cycle of Discord (Q)
Reduces the cooldown of Discord Strike by 2 seconds. If Discord Strike fails to hit any enemies, the Mana cost is refunded and the cooldown is reduced by 3 seconds. -
Double Cross (Q)
Increases the range of Discord Strike by 25% and also hits in a line perpendicular to the forward strike. -
Reckless Strike (Q)
Reduces the delay of Discord Strike by 0.25 seconds but if it hits an enemy, Alarak's Armor is lowered by 25 for 2 seconds, causing him to take 25% more damage.

Activate to mark an enemy Hero for 300 seconds. Hitting the marked Hero with Discord Strike increases Sadism by 3%. Killing the marked Hero increases Sadism by 6% and lowers the cooldown of Rite of Rak'Shir to 10 seconds. Sadism gained from Rite of Rak'Shir is lost on death. -

Increases the damage of Telekinesis by 100%.

Hitting an enemy Hero with Discord Strike grants 50% of Sadism's damage bonus to Alarak's Basic Attacks for 4 seconds. Basic Attacks against Heroes refresh this duration. -
Lightning Barrage (E)
Hitting an enemy Hero with the center of Lightning Surge allows it to be cast again for free on a different primary target within the next 2 seconds. This free cast cannot benefit from Lightning Barrage. -
Mocking Strikes (Passive)
Basic Attacks against Stunned, Silenced, Slowed, or Rooted Heroes reduce the cooldown of Alarak's Basic Abilities by 2.5 seconds. -
Projected Force (W)
Reduces the damage bonus of Sadism by 10% but increases the range of Telekinesis by 25%. -
Quick Mind (W)

Tyrande
Developer Comment: During one of our design meetings many months ago, we came to the consensus that we wanted to swap the heal functionality between Tyrande and Uther. It felt like the self-heal mechanic was better suited on a front-line melee Healer, so we gave it to our favorite paladin in his latest rework. Instead of simply removing functionality from Light of Elune, we decided to add a large amount of cooldown reduction with every Basic Attack. This will reward players that can stay in combat and has allowed us to shift some of her power from healing output into more utility and offensive-based areas. Overall, we are extremely excited to see what our players can do with her new kit and look forward to hearing any feedback you have!

(R) Shadowstalk Updated

Ranger's Mark (D) Updated
Basic Attacks reduce the cooldown of Hunter's Mark by 1 second. Repeatable Quest: Every 60 Basic Attacks against enemy Heroes increase the duration of Hunter's Mark by 1 second.Lower the Cooldown of Hunter's Mark by 6 seconds. -
Seasoned Marksman (Passive)
Quest: Every Minion killed near you grants 0.2 Attack Damage, and Takedowns grant 0.5 Attack Damage. Reward: Upon gaining 40 bonus Attack Damage, you can also activate Seasoned Marksman to increase your Attack Speed by 40% for 3 seconds. 60 second cooldown.
